I love to coach people who are ready and anxious to take their lives to a higher level. My creative nature, intuitive abilities and my own wonderful life’s journey enable me to be an invaluable asset to my clients. For over a decade I have been coaching and I have loved every minute of it. My intent for this blog is to create a space for seekers to share their wisdom and to seek answers. I invite you to join in the process. After reading a few of the posts, it will become clear to you why I am the “Smile Coach”.

Frank, your Smile Exercise continues to impact my life in a positive, even transformative way on a daily basis. After practicing the smile exercises for several weeks, it became imbedded in my subconscious and I now find myself becoming aware of when I’m NOT smiling. And when i do, …..a smile instantly gets those endorphins back into play. I really can’t thank you enough. If everyone would only practice a few smile exercises each day, it would literally change the world. Something so simple and so powerful.
